What is My Neuro Coach?
We are a support service for neurodivergent individuals, their families and carers. Based in the lovely market town of Romsey and Hursley conveniently placed between Romsey and Winchester Hampshire, we offer both online and face to face support.

Offering tailored programmes to learn about themselves and their neurodiversity. We can support with post diagnostic support, emotional regulation, self-esteem, resilience, transitioning, social awareness and much more.
For Adults
Coaching to learn about your unique brain, how to use your strengths and have more wins in life.
For Families & Carers
Tailored support and advice to gain more knowledge of your loved ones' unique neurodivergent brain.
