Hello! I’m Sarah, and I have dedicated over 25 years to working with neurodivergent individuals. My journey includes valuable experience at Autism Hampshire and on a CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service) ward, as well as working with adults in a private mental health hospital and specialist eating disorders. I have also worked private mental health practice on their neurodivergent pathway.

I founded My Neuro Coach out of a deep passion for empowering neurodivergent individuals to understand their unique brains and develop essential coping skills for life. This commitment led me to complete a Psychology degree, followed by a postgraduate certificate in Autism and specialised training in neurodivergent coaching. These qualifications have equipped me with a distinct skill set to support a diverse range of individuals facing various challenges.

Recognising that each person is unique, I provide a personalised approach tailored to each individual's strengths and difficulties.
